Jason has spent the past several years immersed in the world of whiskey, fueled by a fascination with its history, production, and flavor. With a foundation of over 50 specialized classes covering everything from Bourbon to Scotch, he bridges the gap between formal study and the simple joy of a great pour.
As a Registered Dietitian with a background in chemistry and physiology, Jason looks at whiskey through a unique lens. He loves breaking down the science of the glass, from the complexities of fermentation to how our physiology shapes the way we perceive aroma and taste. His goal is to make the technical side of spirits both easy to understand and even easier to enjoy.
